NO 1. The Office Plug-in, SaveAsPDF
This can be a FREE Plug-in released by Microsoft, you are able to download it from Microsoft.
Then install the plug-in in your computer. Once you create Office document, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office files, click Save As, then choose PDF in order to publish a copy of the document as a PDF file.
If you find you will find maybe some typos, just edit the original word files then save it again.
